Seems to me when a President says to stop paying attention to "phony scandals" perhaps that's a clue to investigate them further.

President Pivot was in Galesburg, Illinois, today to deliver yet another speech extolling the many ways in which he has saved or created the American economy.
What do we do now that the speech fixed the economy?

We’re not sure, but according to Obama, one thing we definitely should not do is pay any attention to the endless parade of scandals that has plagued his presidency. After all, they’re just “distractions”:
Feisty President: "With an endless parade of distractions, political posturing & phony scandals, Washington has taken its eye off the ball"

President Trayvon: YOUR IRS targeting your political opponents. Ambassador to Libya dead when could have been saved. Not"phony" scandals

Obama’s callous remarks are veritable slaps in the faces of the memories of the four brave Americans who were slaughtered in Benghazi:
Phony Scandals? That's just sad!

PHONY SCANDALS?! Are you kidding me?! Please somebody knock this lying, condescending jerk off the pedestal he's set himself up on!

His flippant dismissal of his administration’s corruption is even more disturbing when we consider the possibility that he’s launching pre-emptive strikes against investigations into future scandals:
